Anonym 12 years agoThis individual called my job and left a voice mail message stating his name was Joshua Gonzalez and he was calling on behalf of Bank of America. I have caller I.D. on my phone and it was the Bank of America number. However he left a 646-300-9203 number stating it is concerning my mortgage and it is imperative that I call him back regarding foreclosure proceedings. I returned his phone call and he asked if I resided in the property. He also stated he was going to send me an Affidavit for foreclosure proceedings. I told him an affidavit is for legal concerns for testimony in a court case. I asked him where was he calling from because it is not the Bank. He started calling me names. I called the bank and they called the individual. He is not from the Bank. Please be aware.
