J Peace 7 years agoThis is an \"health insurance\" robo dialer that got your number from an application you may have completed online for health insurance. The company you applied to sold your number to these idiots. 1 call every 2 hours from a automated person is annoying enough. But I tried to call them to let them know how I felt, without 4 letter words, and the hold time was so long then it disconnected me.
A) any insurance company will provide and you should ask for terms IN WRITING. With the health care changing the terms, conditions and exclusions of your coverage options must be reviewed in detail.
B) Ive learned to tweak my phone number on these sites so they cant call me anymore and are forced to email me.
As a previously licensed insurance producer (for 20 years) any insurance company that wont give you written terms is subject to suspicion. If the \"agent\" that calls you and you get them. Tell them provide the quotes including terms to your email. They say no and you know that they are shady. Also if you are suspicious of anyone that is calling claiming to be licensed carrier, ask which state and go to your state insurance commissioners site and look them up. If they arent showing as a current agent .....REPORT THEM.
