Anonym 7 years agoBeen getting calls from these guys for about a month now. Today was the first time they left a message that said This was the CRA and I would be court charged for not paying tax debts.
I plan on blocking this number, at first I was concerned because I haven\'t done taxes in a couple years because of travelling but thought about it for a minute and it seemed highly suspect.
This scam could lure in vulnerable people, older adults or unaware young people with debts. (0)

Anonym 7 years agoPLEASE!!! DO NOT BELIEVE this scam if anyone knows CRA is almost impossible to get in contact with a person directly and they are calling and answering on first ring back!!!! IF CRA wanted to contact you, you would receive a mail out of detailed information. These damn bastards are scammers....please inform seniors and young adults who do not know any better.(0)

Annon 7 years agoClaimed to be the CRA putting holds on all my accounts for unpaid taxes, which I do owe money to the Gov\'t but that is separate from my taxes (and arrangements were made for that a long time ago). THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER. (1)

Anonym 7 years agoI received a call telling me the CRA was coming after me for unpaid taxes and putting liens on my property. I know this is a scam because all my taxes are paid and I don\'t owe anything.
