I have an add as well on Kijiji.
She states being 25 years old, working on a cruise ship and need a place to stay but she needs my helps to pay for moving fees - China to Canada.
She states that she will pay me in full plus the moving fees prior via Paypal.
Once I receive the funds, I can pay for the moving via Western Union (money transfer) in the amount of 880$...
I have told her that I wasn\'t going to do that. That she can make the arrangments once she`s here... so far, I haven\'t heard back.
If she would pay me via paypal... is there a way that she can retrieve the funds... ?(2)
