Angie 10 years agoThe recorded message said they had \\\'received a complaint about me, naming me, and if I wanted to know the nature of the complaint I should call an 866# or press 9. Gave me a \\\'complaint #\\\'. I PRESSED 9 and told me I was going to be summon to court and that I owe Visa CC Chase Manhatten Bank $ 1659.41 which I don\'t recall having such cc and told her I monitor my credit report regularly and I am not in default of any accts. And would show up on my credit report. And she said after I go to court it will show up..... and someone should be at my door step today. I said okay and she wished me luck.......STRANGE! So I said Ok (0)

cathy 10 years agoThey call claiming they have a complaint filed against me and that I need to speak to their legal department. I stayed on hold 15 minutes and the line hung up and called back and the same thing happened. who and what are these people.
