Anonym 10 years agoI called about two charges that were used by my debit card and the lady said I bought sunglasses. I definitely did NOT buy sunglasses. She was very hard to understand. I tried to ask more details about the purchases and she would not give any besides sunglasses I called a second time and she hung up. My bank is investigating it.(1)

Lorna 10 years agoJust called them about two charges on my account that absolutely were not mine. One in June and one in August of 2015 for a pair of sunglasses and a pair of butterfly earrings.
It\'s a scam. I called them and let them know I was recording them as we spoke, for my lawyer and my bank.
They\'re suppose to be taking them back off of my account within the next 3 days. We\'ll see. I don\'t think they liked the idea that they were being recorded.(2)

Kim shelton 10 years agoI had an unknown charge to my debit card. This number was linked to it through my bank. When I called she said it was for a watch I ordered online. I did not order it, she said we will put the money back and hung up without giving me a confirmation number or anything. I called back again and got some automatic message. I think this is a potential scam. If I don\'t have that money back in ten days my bank will investigate.
